JPL tour is offered to all workshop participants and their accompanies in the afternoon of November 9th (Thursday). Because of the security measure of JPL, all tour participants must be registered no later than October 8th.
Bus departs the workshop site at 13:00 sharp. All the tour attendees must take the bus.
For non-US citizen of 18 or older, a passport is required. For US citizen of 18 or older, government-issued photo-ID is required.
The tour includes considerable walking and stair climbing. Cameras are allowed on the tour and photographs may be taken at any area visited.
A workshop banquet is held in the evening of November 8th (Wednesday) 19:00 at The Athenaeum of California Institute of Technology. Please be advised that appropriate dining attire is requested. Tie or jacket is not mandated, but short pants, T-shirt, sandals are not appropriate.
Reception (cash bar) opens at 18:30 and the banquet starts at 19:00.
