1] Workshop agenda is now finalized. Please refer to the updated schedule page. We kindly request to each speaker that each presentation should include at least 5 minutes of discussion. You can connect your own laptop to the projector, or use the main machine with your USB memory stick.
2] If you have not yet paid the registration fee, you can pay it on site, but with cash or check only. We cannot handle a credit card on site. If you want to pay with your credit card, please do so before you arrive to Pasadena.
3] Breakfasts for Monday through Friday are included in your registration fee and they are offered at 7:30 through 8:30. Please consult to the hotel reception for the location.
4] Lunches for Monday through Thursday are included in your registration fee and they are offered at 12:30 through 14:00 for Monday-Wednesday and at 12:00 through 13:00 for Thursday to the registered workshop attendees. We will announce the dining room at the workshop.
5] Please be advised that appropriate dining attire is requested for the banquet. Tie or jacket is not mandated, but short pants, T-shirt, sandals are not appropriate.
6] Bus for the JPL tour leaves the workshop site at 13:00 sharp. All the tour attendees must take the bus. For non-US citizen of 18 or older, a passport is required. For US citizen of 18 or older, government-issued photo-ID is required. The tour includes considerable walking and stair climbing. Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Cameras are allowed on the tour and photographs may be taken at any area visited. Bring your camera!
