Geant4 Tutorial

March 8 - 10, 2004

A Geant4 (Version 6.0) tutorial course will take place on March 8-10th, 2004 at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC), Stanford, California. The tutorial will be conducted by instructors from SLAC and will be aimed at novice and middle level users and application developers. The classes will consist of lectures, hands-on tryouts and open discussions.

GEANT4 is a toolkit simulating passage of particles through matter. It is used in diverse applications, including simulation of high energy and nuclear physics experiments, radiation shielding, space radiation transport and effects, and medical physics.
